• Master Overview (Ongoing tracking of membership attendance tracking at all events including pre-registered, no shows, walk-ins and guests) 
  • Create event announcement including copywriting and graphic design
  • Distribution to membership (Email blast or postage)
  •  Respond to phone and email enquiries
  •  Track, record and confirm all registrations
  • Prepare all event materials (Speaker handouts, name badges, etc.)
  • On-site attendance by Virtual Option as required (events, committee meetings)
  • Financial reconciliation
  • Invoicing, as required/credit card processing
