- Master Overview (Ongoing tracking of membership attendance tracking at all events including pre-registered, no shows, walk-ins and guests)
- Create event announcement including copywriting and graphic design
- Distribution to membership (Email blast or postage)
- Respond to phone and email enquiries
- Track, record and confirm all registrations
- Prepare all event materials (Speaker handouts, name badges, etc.)
- On-site attendance by Virtual Option as required (events, committee meetings)
- Financial reconciliation
- Invoicing, as required/credit card processing
