As the year 2013 winds down, it is time to identify projections for next year. In the past, companies encapsulated a select group of employees in a think tank to harness ‘innovation.’ Today, if companies want to succeed, ‘innovation’ has to be unleashed. Companies have to embrace innovation from all departments and all employees.
