Jump Start Project Momentum

We do a lot of communicating during our work day. When the flow of communication is successful, we make progress. Progress halts when communication breaks down.

Losing focus of the “big picture” can be a factor in communication breaking down. If you are being distracted by requests that have evolved from your current work, progress on your project will stall. Keep the project momentum by reminding others of the goals for the project.
